  • Liability and Product Returns


    1. All products offered in the store www.artisblick.com are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the market.

    2. The customer has the right to file a complaint about a product purchased in our store based on liability for the product’s non-compliance with the contract.
    The period of liability for non-compliance is 24 months.

    3. Complaints related to product non-compliance with the contract will be reviewed within 14 days.

    4. In the case of a justified complaint, the defective product will be repaired, replaced with a new one, or, if repair or replacement is not possible, the customer will receive a refund for the product’s value.

    5. In the case of an unjustified complaint or damage caused by the user, all complaint-related costs (including shipping) will be borne by the customer.

    6. Within 14 days from the date of delivery, the customer has the right to return the product without providing a reason, by submitting a written statement of withdrawal from the contract.
    The returned product will be accepted only if it is delivered in its original, undamaged packaging, with all its contents complete.
    The returned product must not show signs of use.
    The product should be returned to the store address at the customer’s expense.
    The return shipment must include a written statement of withdrawal from the contract, the customer’s personal details, bank account number, and the account holder’s name for the refund.

    7. In case of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the value of the returned product via bank transfer within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
    Only the value of the returned item will be refunded.
    Additional charges such as shipping costs or online payment fees are non-refundable.
