I. General provisions
1. The online store www.artisblick.com is operated by OK Interactive Adam Kwiatkowski, with its registered office in Gdańsk, 80-262, Małachowskiego Street 5/8, tax identification numer (NIP): 5841903298.
2. The online store www.artisblick.com sells goods in the field of artistic photo prints with or wihtout frames.
3. All prices displayed in the online store www.artisblick.com are listed in polish złoty (PLN) and Euro (€) and are gross prices (i.e., they include all applicable taxes, including VAT).
4. The price indicated alongside a product at the time of order placement by the customer is binding.
5. A VAT invoice is issued for every product sold via the online store www.artisblick.com .
6. The content of the online store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the civil code. In particular, information regarding product availbility does not serve as grounds to treat the content of the online store as binding offer under the civil code.
II. Orders and their fulfillment:
1. Orders may be placed through website www.artisblick.com by email to kontakt@artisblick.com
2. When placing an order via the shop system, the customer automatically receives an email confirming receipt of the order. This confirmation does not consitute acceptance of the order for fulfillment and serves only as an ackonwledgment of its correct submission.
3. To proces an order, all necessary information must be provided: full name, company name (optional), tax numer (optional), telephone numer, delivery addrss and email address. Once the order is accepted, the seler will confirm it via email.
4. The store may refuse to process an order if it is unable to confirm within 3 business days of submission.
5. The conclusion of the purchase-sale agreement between the store and the customer occurs at the moment of the confirmation by the store of the acceptance of the order for execution. Confirmation is made by email.
6. The customer has the right to modify the order until the package leaves the store’s warehouse. Any changes must be accepted and confirmed by the store via email.
7. The store reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order duo to permament unavailability of the product or for other significant reasons, especially in cases of obvious and gross discrepancies in price or product details resulting from technial errors.
8. Delivery is carried out by courier services. We cooperate with DB Schenker, Geis, Inpost, UPS, DHL and FedEx.
9. Accepted payment method for purchases in the www.artisblick.com – is bank transfer. Orders are dispatched only after the payment has been credited to our bank account.
10. The order fulfillment time indicated on the website refers to the period between orderd confirmation and shipment. This time is calculated in business days. Delivery time must be included in the processing time. For courier services, this typically ranges from 1 to 7 buisness days,
11. When receiving package, check whether the packaging as not been damaged and does not show signs of being opened. Then during picking the package up, the content of package should be checked in the presence of courier. If you notice damage or contents of the package do not match the order, complaint protocol should be written and immediately contact the store by email: kontakt@artisblick.com.
1. All products offered by www.artisblick.com are brand new, free from physical and legal defect and have been legally introduced to the market.
2.The customer has the right to complain about product purchased in our store based o liability for non-conformity of the product with the agreement. The liability period based on non-conformity of the goods with the agreement is 24 months.
3. The time limit for considering a complaint regarding the non-conformity of the goods with the agreement is 14 days.
4. If he complaint is justified, the defective product will be repaired, replaced or – if repair or replacement is not possible – the customer will receive a refund equivalent to the product’s value.
5. If the complaint is unjustified or the damage resulted from customer misuse, all associated costs (e.g., shipping) will be borne by the customer.
6. Within 21 days from the date of delivery of the ordered product, the customer has the right to return the goods without giving reasons as part of the withdrawal from the agreement by submitting a written statement to the seller. The product returned in this mode will be accepted only if its delivered to the store in the original, undamaged packacing, with its complete content. The returned product cannot bear traces of use. The product returned in the above mode should be sent to the store’s address (at the buyer’s expense). The parcel with the returned goods should be accompanied by a written statement of withdrawal from the agreement, you personal data and bank account numer and the details of the acount holder to which product value will be refunded.
7. Upon the withdrawal from the agreement, the store will refund the product price by bank transfer within 7 business days of receving the return. Only the value of the returned goods will be refunded. Additional costs (e.g., delivery charges, online payment fees) are non-refundable.

The scope of the collected data concerns only the data that is necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes. This data is not processed or used for any other purpose.

Personal data placed in the database of the www.artisblick.com tore are processed only for the purposes of order fulfillment and customer service, this data will not be made available to other entities, except for data made avaiable once to transport companies, banks for the purpose of handling deliveries and payments related to customer orders. This data is collected with due diligenceand appropriately protected against access by unauthorized persons.
3. The administrator of personal data is OK Interactive Adam Kwiatkowski with its registred office in Gdańsk, postal code 80-262, Małachowskiego Street 5/8, tax identification (NIP) 5841903298. The customer has right to view, modify and request deletion of their personal data at any time.
1. The content of the regulations is binding on the parties in accordance with their wording from the moment the customer places an order.
2. Any disputes arising in connection with the performance of purchase and sale agreements between tge www.artisblick.com store and customers will be resolved in the first instance through negotiations, with the intention of amicably resolving the dispute. However, if this is not possible, the court with jurisdiction for resolving disputed arising from the sales agreement is the court with jurisdiction over the defendant’s registered office or the court with jurisdiction over the place or performance of the agreement.
3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of applicable law shall apply, including the provisions of the civil code.
